The Simulation Football League will hit the ground running this off-season with an earlier-than-usual schedule release on Thursday November 12.
The off-season signing process will begin Monday November 16, the SFL Rookie Draft will begin Saturday December 19 and the SFL’s 16th regular season will begin Saturday January 23.
“We’re looking forward to an exciting off-season,” said Commissioner Cameron Irvine. “Our staff does a tremendous job every season to get our teams ready to go at it again and we look to build off our 15th Anniversary season momentum that has seen viewership growth, another tremendous draft class entering the fold and improvements to competition and presentation.”
The SFL Championship Game between No. 4 Baltimore (11-3) and No. 3 Sioux Falls (11-3) will be aired live on Eleven Sports and For the Fans at 4 pm ET Sunday November 1 with pregame that will include a synopsis of Baltimore and Sioux Falls’ season and histories in the SFL and the top 10 plays of the season. Halftime will break down the first half, announce the two expansion teams, feature interviews with the newest team owners in the SFL and announce a new divisional structure coming to the league in 2021.
