The Simulation Football League presented by APM Music is proud to announce that Ryan Karpinski has been added to the league staff as the league’s new Assistant Director of Player Personnel. Karpinski rose through the ranks when he first joined the SFL as cornerback Ryan Michaels and eventually became a very successful general manager with the Houston Hyenas and will now be assisting the league’s personnel department in player engagement, overall league management and vision, as well as moderation, committee and high-level group discussion and discourse.

“I am so very pleased to announce this promotion for Ryan and the SFL,” said Commissioner Cameron Irvine. “Continuing to build the foundation of our league with very dedicated and talented people is essential to our success long-term. With every person that comes forward and is willing to accept the challenge of league before team, team before player – our future success becomes more secure. I’m looking forward to having another league staff member who can take part in vital discussions and projects that help keep our health and innovation at an all-time high.

“It is an honor to be chosen for this promotion by the league staff,” Karpinski said. “Having seen where the current league staff have been able to propel the league to I come into this position with the goal of helping the league expand by helping new rookies get acquainted with the processes of becoming a player and help veterans and rookies alike by answering any and all question to the best of my ability. It is an extreme honor to have the hard work I’ve put into the league recognized on such big scale and I hope that my journey will inspire others to put forth all their maximum effort in a conjoined effort to better the league.”

League staff now includes eight members and further staff finalization for Season 12 will continue in the coming weeks.
