The Sioux Falls Sparrows outpaced the St. Louis Gladiators 37-31 in week six’s opening prime time game in a hotly contested Central Conference bout. After a rough couple of weeks which saw them drop games to Tulsa and OKC, the Sparrows hauled back a 11 point lead for the Gladiators entering the fourth quarter to come away with the win and improve their record to 4-2.

The Gladiators squandered possession of the ball on numerous occasions, with rookie QB Dylan Aciel throwing three touchdowns but giving away five interceptions, including one pick six. Aciel and Julian Tyree would combine for over 600 yards passing on the day.
