The Atlanta Swarm completely dominated the newborn expansion team London Knights.

What stood out in the game were 2 back to back pick sixes from the Swarm Defense. As I said in the 18-in-18 preview, the Swarm were a top 5 defensive unit last season and they continued to show why their among the best defensive units in the league.

Egg Chen & Jerry Forth were responsible for the 2 defensive touchdowns. The defense also racked up 3 sacks and only allowed 239 total yards while forcing 3 turnovers.

BDG Hollewood also ran all over this London defense and showed no mercy even running over a ref while scoring on a huge TD run. The talented back racked up 203 yards on 20 carries.

London had their moments as well. Their only touchdown came on a Jeffrey Daggs kickoff return with little time left in the game. Slinn Shady had a monster performance as he racked up 19 total tackles.

Both passing games lacked in success as neither threw for touchdowns and surpassed the 200 yard mark.

Atlanta showed lots of promise and will look to build on that next week against the 1-0 Tallahassee Pride.
