Queen City resumed their dominance from Season 8’s late-championship run accounting for over 500 yards of total offense – over 300 on the ground – in a 52-7 beatdown over the St. Louis Gladiators.

Running back Kyle Walsh rushed for 288 yards and three scores in his debut while linebacker Alex Cross made early headlines in his first SFL game recording a sack and an interception in the first five minutes of action.

St. Louis (0-1) will attempt to rite the ship next week against Chicago, who plays Monday night against Cleveland. Queen City (1-0) will meet Tallahassee (1-0) in an early-season showdown.
